Eddie Morales

Business Office Manager

Starting in the kitchen while still in high school and growing into his current post-college role, Eddie Morales brings a community-wide perspective to everything he does at The Oaks of Pasadena. In addition to managing resident billing, Eddie supports front desk operations and is always ready to help residents and co-workers with daily needs and concerns.

His proactive approach and pride in workmanship ensure that our community always feels like home. Luis has over 35 years of experience working within our community.

Steve Jennings

Community Liaison

Steve Jennings is the connection between The Oaks of Pasadena and families that are searching for the perfect place to call home. Steve guides prospective residents through personalized tours, bringing our community to life with warmth and expertise. He also leads the community’s marketing efforts — maintaining the website, managing social media, and creating materials that reflect the spirit and quality of life at The Oaks of Pasadena.

Rafa Felix is the warm, welcoming face of The Oaks of Pasadena — greeting every visitor with a smile, answering every call with care, and keeping daily life vibrant as our Activities Coordinator. Rafa curates a full monthly calendar of social, recreational and educational events that keep our residents engaged, connected and always with something to look forward to.
